When NBA 2K21 introduced for the last generation of consoles in September it didn't perform especially well with fans or critics either one, and most felt that the series had mostly stagnated. The match's microtransactions in particular were are large knock against the game, especially in the local portion of this MyCareer mode with NBA 2K21 MT. To be able to acquire players to keep coming back with the PS5 and Xbox collection X versions of the match, new features were promised.
One such feature that has came with the current generation of consoles is The City. This is very similar to the first version of the game's The Neighborhood, but is considerably larger and provides players more things to explore and check out. Accessing The City isn't as easy as just hopping to the game, however, so players need to devote a little bit of effort.
In order to get The City, gamers will first have to begin a MyCareer session and then go through all of the tutorial parts. Once this has been done players will eventually have the ability to get into the MyCareer menu and scroll down till they see the option to enter The City. Regrettably, they cannot just drop right in now and will still have to put in a while.
By choosing that option though gamers will probably be taken to four basketball courts that they can play against other players around. In order to enter The City from here, players need to take part in matches till they can raise their MyRep level up high enough until they could combine an Affiliation. Affiliations require that the participant reach the Pro 1 position, but they will begin at the Rookie 1 rank.
To raise their rank they will need to play against other basketball players around the blacktop nba2king. Three of these courts permit the player to participate in 3v3 games, whereas the fourth largest courtroom allows them to play 1v1. By playing games players will earn points to improve their rank, so that they will just need to keep moving until they're at the Pro 1 position and can enter The City.
